We strive to make our clinic the best place possible for our clients and therapists, and do ask a few things from those who come to see us.

Footwear

Please remove all footwear prior to leaving our entryway. This keeps our floors clean, as well as safer for our clients with mobility or balance concerns. There are mats and a shoe rack provided.

Phones

Please turn off your cell phone, or turn it to silent. Our clients come here to relax and forget about the outside world. A ringing phone or loud conversation can be very disruptive. If you need to make or answer a call, please step outside of the clinic before doing so.

Sickness

If you are feeling unwell in any way, please reschedule your appointment. We prefer as much notice as possible, but do not charge clients for late cancellations when calling in sick.

Cancellations

Please cancel or change appointments in a timely fashion. We ask for a minimum of 3 hours notice, but would appreciate it if clients could let us know as soon as possible of any upcoming cancellations or rescheduling needs. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or late cancellations.
