Where exactly are you located?
We are at 5A - 7 Centennial Dr. N. in Martensville. We are in the strip mall on the corner of Main St. and Centennial Dr., along with Vern’s Pizza, the Canada Post Office, and 7-Eleven
What kind of parking is available?
There is a parking lot with our strip mall, with free parking for clients.
What types of payments do you take?
We can accept cash, debit, VISA, and MasterCard. We also offer Direct Billing with many different insurance companies. For more details, please read our Direct Billing FAQs.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are. We have a massage room with a wider doorway, as well as a hydraulic table that can be lowered to allow for easier self-transfers. Our front door does not have an automatic opener, unfortunately, though we are more than willing to assist anyone in need. There is an accessible parking spot and ramp immediately in front of our clinic as well.
Do you treat clients in their homes?
No, sorry. We do not offer mobile massage therapy.
Are you a scent-free clinic?
We are not a scent-free clinic, as we have therapists who use essential oils in their treatments.
Do you work with people with scars or non-contagious skin conditions like acne, psoriasis, or eczema? What about different body types?
We see all sorts of different bodies, conditions, issues, and individual traits, and for the most part can absolutely make a massage treatment not only beneficial, but enjoyable! We all have things that we are self-conscious about, but our objective is to have you leave feeling better than when you arrived. We will adapt our treatments if necessary, and are more than willing to discuss options with you to make your treatment the best for you it can be.
Do you work with teens, children, or infants?
We do massage people of all ages, with the exception of infants. It is not known how much massaging an infant will interfere with the bonding process, so it is not a common practice to treat children under the age of one. There are specialists who teach parents to massage their own infants, but currently none of our therapists are trained to do so. When children are in for treatments, it is encouraged for the parents to remain in the room, especially if the child is under 12 years old. We adapt our pressure and treatment for their body, and do our best to make them feel comfortable and secure.
I desperately need a massage but can’t find a sitter. Can I bring my child with me?
Yes! We are a family-friendly clinic and understand that sometimes babysitters cancel or childcare just isn’t an option. While this may not result in the most relaxing treatment, it is better than no massage at all. There isn’t much for children to do, so we suggest bringing entertainment, but they are more than welcome to sit in on your treatment if needed. We do request that if they will be using an electronic device, that the volume be kept low or they use earphones please.
Do you sell gift certificates?
We do. A gift certificate can be for a specific treatment, dollar amount, or treatment length. When coming in to purchase one, we recommend calling ahead to minimize your time spent waiting for someone to assist you.
I want to buy a gift certificate for someone. Can I get a receipt for that? Or can they?
No, this is not possible. A gift certificate is a gift, and not eligible for insurance claims.
I want to pay for my spouse’s massage. Can I get a receipt?
Yes, though the receipt will be issued in the client’s name, not the purchaser. We can accept payment from someone in the same family and household (parent or spouse) and still issue a receipt. We cannot write a receipt if the payment is from a friend or coworker.
